In fact, these 10 streets top the UK list of the priciest places to live, according to a news story at Times Online. The price ranges were assembled through the house price website Mouseprice to reveal the most expensive streets in the UK, you would not want to think about how much the remortgage would be. 

1. Courtenay Avenue N6

This pristine street is home to The Mansion, voted the Best New Exclusive Home by Evening Standard readers and property experts. The street also includes The Palladio, owned currently by Russian-Israeli diamond billionaire Lev Leviev. The average price for a home on Courtenay Avenue N6 is £6.8 million.

2. Chelsea Square SW3

Chelsea Square offers a line of homes with an average price of £6.4 million. The street boasts the residences of many famous Brits, including Jemima Kahn.

3. Manresa Road SW3

Manresa is home to the Emmanuel Kaye Building, as well as a variety of residential properties. Manresa Road homes average in the £6.19 range, and the street is conveniently located around banks, a petrol station and school walkways.

4. Ilchester Place W14

This lovely English street, with homes averaging about £5.8 million, backs to the famous Holland Park. Many well-known Brits reside around Holland Park, including Simon Cowell. Residents of the area enjoy plenty of fine dining, recreation and opera.
